Fish sichenyky (minced fish)


The fish was cleaned, disemboweled and peeled. They removed bones and then minced the fish together with onions and watered dry wheat bread. It was mixed properly to get a homogeneous mixture, then they added salt and pepper, put it for a while in the cold place and then mixed for the second time. They made little balls (not bigger than the hen’s egg), flattened them, rolled in crumbs and fried on the both sides on the heated frying pan.
