Pampushkas (buns) with garlic

Old Ukrainian dish. They made a usual dough, which would go up well. Then they divided dough into pieces with a size of a chicken egg, rolled between palms similar balls and put on previously greased tray. Then they oiled pampushkas from the top, sprinkled with salt and baked in the oven until they became ready. Buns were were taken out of the bowl “makitra” and chilled. Meanwhile, they rubbed garlic with salt and poured some oil. They placed pampushkas in ‘makitra’ and ppoured some oil with garlic and salt, stirred well and served to hot meals.
