One of the oldest traditional Ukrainian refreshing and calming beverages which was made similarly to cherry broth. Cranberry broth was used in Medieval Ukraine for making “Lid” (ancient fruit ice-cream) the recipe of which was widespread on the territory of Cossack lands.
