This is ancient dish from indigenous Cossack lands of Mother Land which is made of fresh beets initially cleaned, cooked and cut into slices, added pickles, horseradish on beet kvass, onion and oil. The dish was generously sprayed with cucumber brine and put in a cool place. Then the dish was served to the table.
