Vertuny with pork fat


The ancient traditional dish of thin slices of slightly salted and peppered pork fat. The thin slice of fresh meat was covered with a piece of pork fat. The meat was rolled up and fried on the both sides on animal fat or sunflower oil. Then vertuny were stewed in the stove.
